We understand errors happen, if you notice you have made an error with your order, please ensure you contact us prior to dispatch. Once an item has been printed, the order cannot be changed. If we make a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your order and we will endeavour to dispatch again within 24 hours. We will provide a pre-paid postage label for you to return the item, if it is our error.
